Way to send money

A cash pickup transfer is a payment made by Transcash Solution to the recipient who can collect the funds in cash in the recipient's country at a service point.

A cash pickup transfer is a transfer of an amount that the recipient can pick up in cash at one of our local Transcash Solution partners.

Funds are generally available instantly. However, in some cases, we may request additional information to complete your transaction.

To withdraw cash, the recipient must present:

A valid photo ID with their full name. The recipient must provide the transfer PIN number at the point of service. It is therefore important that the recipient's information matches their ID.

Once the funds are ready, the recipient will receive an SMS informing them of the transfer. It is therefore important that the recipient's phone number is correct.

No fees will be charged by Transcash Solution or our network partners when withdrawing cash, but some countries impose a fee on the transfer; this is beyond our control.

If you decide to make a transfer to a mobile wallet and the recipient goes to a third party to withdraw the funds from the mobile wallet, they may have to pay a fee. These fees are charged by the third party at their own discretion, not by Transcash Solution.

If the recipient is having trouble withdrawing the cash transfer, please check:

- That they have a valid ID.

- That they have the transaction NTU, sent by Transcash Solution via SMS or by the recipient.

- That they are at an ATM or the correct branch for cash pickup.
